The Institute for Change & Transition (IFCT) grew out of the work Phillip Moffitt began with individual clients, after leaving his position as Editor-in-Chief, owner, and CEO of Esquire magazine. The IfCT methodology, and tools developed by Phillip is taught to select strategists, who have graduated from the training program.
I was hired to help launch a new website which involved UX Research, rebranding, design strategy, and project management. The intention of the new site was to inform existing clients about the organization and it’s offerings, and support emerging strategists as they share their work with the world.

IfCT’s website was concepted and designed for IfCT, in partnership with designer and brand strategist Evan Kosowski.
