Certified and Attuned as a Reiki Master Teacher and Facilitator in the Usui Method, Alexandra has been practicing in Los Angeles, and New York since 2017. Alexandra offers attunements in all levels of Reiki for groups or custom for individuals.
Reiki is an ancient energy healing technique that was brought to the west by way of a Japanese lineage, though it originated in India and Tibet. Reiki is a hands-on or hands-hovering technique that leverages the life-force energy Ki, to rebalance the energy in the bodies. This rebalancing, and movement of energy is known to alleviate stress, and anxiety, and create a sense of balance and ease in the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies.

So much of what keeps us from seeing clearly is that we often aren’t willing to see—we are in a fear state and rigid. We often know the answers and are unwilling to listen to ourselves— we lunge in with questions that paralyze us and keep us small. Alexandra works with individuals to access and trust their inner knowing by tapping into a vast and infinite consciousness that knows and sees all things from the perspective of the most infinite self—the soul. This consciousness is known as the Akasha. In working in the Akashic records, Alexandra helps each person align with the whispers of their soul to answer their hearts questions from an elevated altitude. From this perspective, each person is capable of rising above fear state and doubt and can invite in clarity and to inform right action.
The Akashic Records can be addressed for big and small questions, and for a range of practical and spiritual matters, to surface answers at an altitude that is nourishing, and in the interest of your highest good and the highest good of everyone connected to you.

For Individuals
Distance Reiki Energy Healing Session
Reiki works on the energetic level, so physical presence is not required for the session to be felt, or offer benefit. These sessions are offered remotely. I will touch in first on a brief call, and then follow with offering distance healing.
Virtual Akashic Records Clarity Session
This session is designed to offer clarity, ease and support as you navigate decisions, change, and evolution in your life or business. I will teach you how to open your own records, and together we will open our Akashic records to inquire about your specific situations, or questions that you’re seeking an elevated perspective, and insight on. I will help you frame the questions so that as we open the records, we receive clear, and succinct answers that serve your highest good.
For Organizations
Introduction to Reiki and Guided Meditation
This session is an introduction to Reiki, and covers the benefits of working with the Reiki energy healing technique. I guide the group through the steps to offer self-reiki as a meditation so each participant leaves with an understanding of, and first hand experience with Reiki. The meditation will be tailored to meet the group’s experience, needs, and openness. No prior experience is required.
Individual Reiki Sessions
In addition to, or separate from a group Reiki circle, I offer up to 12, 10 minute individual Reiki healing sessions for employees. These mini Reiki-sessions offer individuals a chance to rebalance their energy, and reduce stress during the workday. (Not currently available due to COVID-19)
Attunements and Certifications
I offer Levels I-IV Reiki Attunements and Certifications in person, in Los Angeles and New York. I offer both private and small group sessions.
